Features of the machine

a) Key Points:

1. Using the high quality and balance tested roller, the machine is stable and durable.

2. Glue saving. It can be averagely 25-35grams of glue per square meter.

b) General Introduction:

SJ-B series Semi auto flute laminator is consists of six parts: manual face paper lifting section, face paper conveying section, automatic bottom paper conveying section, cyclic gluing section, positioning and pre-pressing section. It is suitable to laminate the printed paper to the corrugated board or cardboard which is thicker than 350gsm, with the features of high precision and high speed. The new mechanism with paper lifting frame greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves work efficiency.

c) Features by parts:

1. The side lay of machine's face paper and bottom paper use hand wheel and position display to adjust left and right, which make the paper loading accurately. Limited switch is fixed on face paper loading section, which makes the lifting action precisely.

2. The Semi auto flute laminator face paper feeding adopts a combination of belt and pressing wheels. The pressing wheels adopts the special wheels of the printing machine, and both thick and thin paper can be conveyed effectively. Anti-curl structure helps to delivery face paper smoothly at the same time.

3. Bottom paper feeding section adopt vacuum sucking belt with high strength and high friction allowing the non-stop feeding, which ensure the accuracy of bottom paper feeding. Paper supporter is equipped on this section, which makes it possible to feed the long size sheet.

4. Knurled roller on the bottom feeding part makes the machine stable when running at high speed.

5. The Semi auto flute laminator gluing system has liquid level sensing device, the glue can be supplied at any time. The excess glue is recycled and used, which saves the cost of glue.

6. The gluing system adopts anilox steel roller design, cooperates with the rubber metering roller for automatic glue even. The rubber roller is crowned design and differential speed gluing method is applied to make a even glue and increase the gluing quality. Averagely 25-35grams glue per square meter reduces the cost and improves the laminated paper board quality.

7. Both bottom paper and face paper adopt spring front lay so that there is no need to readjust for big or small paper, which is convenient for operation. The intelligent control system makes it possible to adjust the face paper position automatically when the machine is running. The position of the front lay is adjusted by a digital instrument, and the minimum adjustable range is 0.1mm.

8. The Semi auto Flute Laminator face paper and bottom paper adopt photoelectric automatic detection to monitor the paper conveying status.

The positioning roller adopts a steel slotted design, which is easy to clean and improves the service life.

9. Double pre-pressing roller are equipped on the laminating unit.

10. Automatic damp system is applied on the bottom sheet feeding system to prevent the the finished paper from curling after lamination.

11. The upper belt of the conveyor adopts a suspension design. The pressure is automatically adjusted according to the the thickness of paper board. The pressed paperboard has higher strength.

12. The electrical components are well known brands. The PLC and human-machine interface electric control systems are adopted, which are safe and reliable. Many control knobs are equipped on the machine, which is convenient for the operator to control the machine in different position. And the machine speed is controlled by the frequency converter which makes the machine run stably and reliably, saving power.

13. Machine is driven by imported timing belt and wheel gear with high efficiency, low noise and stable running status, which makes it more convenient for maintenance.

14. The corrosion-prone parts are made of stainless steel to prevent the glue from corroding the machine.
