Introduction
The pit-type gas nitriding furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace cover lifting mechanism, furnace sealing fan, muffle tank, heating element and electric control system. The furnace shell is welded by steel plate and section steel.
Application
RQ3 series pit-type gas nitriding furnace is a periodic resistance heating furnace with rated power of 25KW-105KW and rated working temperature of 950℃, which is used for carburizing the surface of low carbon steel workpieces.
Production Features
The pit-type gas nitriding furnace has the advantages of uniform temperature, rapid temperature rise, good heat preservation, accelerated carburizing speed of workpieces, uniform carbon potential atmosphere and uniform carburizing layer, and no leakage when the furnace pressure is increased, thus improving the production efficiency and carburizing quality.
